Karur Vysya Bank Interactive Voice Response

Karur Vysya Bank has introduced an IVRS system to facilitate automated banking services to its customers. The customers need to register their customer ID in IVRS to avail the services.

Below is the procedure:

  • The customer needs to dial 1860 200 1916 from his/her registered mobile number.
  • The customer will be directed to the voice menu where the customer needs to select his/her preferred language.
  • After selecting the preferred language, choose to continue with the IVR.
  • In the next menu, the customer will be required to key in their customer ID and generate a four-digit TPIN.
  • This completes the registration process.

Karur Vysya Bank has a ‘chat online’ feature as soon as the customer logs on to the website through his/her mobile, laptop or desktop.
