Grievance Redressal

The grievance redressal process of the bank is detailed below:

  • The first point of contact for the customers to address or report their grievances is the customer care of the bank or the Branch Office. The complaint should be resolved within a maximum of 7 days.
  • If the complaint is not resolved in due time or if the response received is not to the satisfaction of the customer, he/she can raise the complaint to the Regional Officer and can get a response within 15 days of such escalation.
