Canara Bank has made it very easy to get the mini statement. Below are the ways you can request a mini-statement.
1. Get a Mini Statement Through Missed Call – You can get access to Canara bank mini statement just by giving a missed call. This facility is available both in Hindi and English. This is particularly helpful for people who do not have smartphones or the internet.
a. For English you can simply give a missed call from your registered mobile number to 09015734734.
b. For Hindi, you can give a missed call on 09015613613.
c. The system auto disconnects the call after two rings.
d. After that, the system will send an SMS with the mini statement.
2. Get a Mini Statement Through Mobile Banking – You need a smartphone to access your mini statement through mobile banking. Below are the steps to activate the mobile banking application –
a. On your smartphone, please look for the Canara Bank Mobile Banking app in the Play Store or App Store. Install by clicking the symbol for the mobile app.
b. After a successful installation, click the new Canara mobile banking icon to access the app.
c. After choosing the Registered Mobile Number (RMN) with the Bank, click the next button to proceed. The chosen SIM will start an SMS; make sure there is enough balance to send the SMS properly.
d. A successful mobile number validation will result in the delivery of an OTP to your RMN.
e. Enter the received OTP to confirm its authenticity.
f. You will be led to a page where you can generate and verify your five-digit numeric PASSCODE for application login.
g. Once the PASSCODE has been properly created, accept the Terms & Conditions.
h. Please give the app permission to access your location and gallery.
To get a mini statement through mobile banking, follow the below steps –
a. Download the CANARA bank mobile banking app.
b. Login using the User ID and password.
c. Go to the “Pay & Transfer” section.
d. Now, go to the “e-Passbook” section.
e. Choose the time range for which you want to see the mini statement.
f. Submit the request and your mini statement will be downloaded.
3. Get a Mini Statement Through Net Banking –
b. Login to your net banking account using the User ID and Password.
c. Once you have logged in, go to the “Accounts” section.
d. Choose the savings account for which you wish to see the mini statement.
e. Click on “Get Statement”.
f. From the custom date selector, choose the time period you want.
g. Click on “Get Statement”.
4. Get a Mini Statement Through ATM –
b. Go to any Canara bank ATM.
c. Select the option “Mini Statement”.
d. Then, enter the 4-digit PIN.
e. The ATM will generate a mini statement.
5. Get a Mini Statement Through the Canara Bank e-Passbook app –
a. Login to the e-Passbook by using the Mpin.
b. Find the Passbook/Pass sheet option. Click on it.
c. Select the time frame for which you want to see the mini statement.
d. The mini statement will be generated. You can also share it by downloading it.
