ICICI Bank account holders will have to pay higher charges for cash withdrawals at ATMs, cash transactions and cheque books from 1st August 2021. Here are a few changes to take note of: First 25 cheque leaves in a year are free; a charge of Rs. 20 will be levied on every 10 cheque leaves after that. Only the first cash withdrawal in an ATM is free of charge every month. Post that, customers will have to pay Rs. 5 for every Rs. 1000 they withdraw. The first four cash transactions at the home branch are free. After that, each transaction will attract Rs. 150. Check with your bank for complete details of fee hikes.

Eligible ICICI Bank customers can convert transactions from Rs. 7000 up to Rs. 5 lakhs into EMIs without the need for a debit/credit card. Customers have to just enter their mobile number, PAN and OTP for availing of this facility. Any individual aged up to 35 years can apply for an ICICI Bank Mine account online starting from 6th November. Documents required for opening the account are PAN and Aadhaar.
