Visa Gold Debit Card

Privileged customers with maintaining an account with Federal Bank can get Visa Gold Debit Cards which come with a daily shopping limit of Rs. 1,00,000/-. Rupay Classic can be used only in India and has a withdrawal as well as purchase limit of INR 50,000 each day. The total overall limit is INR 1,00,000.

RuPay Platinum International Debit Card

In order to get a Federal Bank debit card, you should first have an account with Federal Bank. You can then apply for debit card in the following ways –

Online

In order to apply online, you must have net banking facility. The online application process is simple. All you need to do is login to your net banking and visit the Forms and Stationery page on the website of the bank. Download the application form from this page, fill it out, and submit it to the nearest branch of the bank.

Offline

If you directly visit a bank branch, the application form is available at the branch offices too. Just request for a form, fill it out and submit it along with all the required documents.

Rates and Charges

Federal Bank charges service fee for all the services offered with debit cards. The following are the fees and charges applicable –

  • When you use your debit card at ATMs of other banks, the first 5 transactions during a month are free.
  • A transaction fee of INR 20 per transaction is charged from the 6th transaction onwards.
  • Non-financial ATM transactions will be charged at INR 10 per transaction.
