  • It is important to note that this app will work only on a smartphone that is working on the phone number registered with your account.

The app is available on Google Play & Apple App Store.

Along with transferring money, you can also make bill payments, mobile recharge, book tickets and many more. The app can be linked with your other bank accounts too.

How to Use the BHIM Axis Pay UPI App?

  • You should download and install the Axis Pay UPI App from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
  • Once you open the app, it will verify your mobile number and list the banks linked to your mobile number.
  • You can select your primary Bank account for the app. You can later add other bank accounts too.
  • The app will give an option to create a Virtual Payment Address (VPA)/ UPI ID (example – name@axisbank).
  • It will then link your Bank account with this UPI ID.
  • You are all set. You can start sending or receiving payments secure & instantly

How to make payments on Merchant Apps or Websites using BHIM Axis Pay UPI?

  • You can shop on all Merchant Apps & Websites as usual. 
  • When you are at the Payment Page of the merchant, select the payment option as "Pay By UPI".
  • Enter your preferred UPI ID (which is linked to your debit account). 
  • You will be required to authenticate the payment using a PIN number.
  • The amount is directly debited from the bank account you choose on the UPI app. 

Axis OK

Axis OK is a simpler version of the Axis Mobile app. 

  • It can work without internet connectivity. 
  • Currently it is available only for Android devices. 
  • The app has 11 different languages to choose from. 
  • You can register for SMS Banking through the Axis OK app itself. 
  • You can search for the nearest Branch & ATM using PIN Code
  • FD renewal instructions can be sent to Bank from app
  • Updation of Pan & Email Id can be done through the app
  • The app can be used by Axis Bank Savings Bank, Current Account and Credit Card customers.
  • The app works based on your mobile number registered with the bank. 

How to get started with Axis OK?

  • Axis OK app is available on Google Play. Download the application and install it on your device.
  • Note that the app should be installed on the phone which is working on your registered mobile number.
  • The login request should be sent from the mobile number registered with the bank
  • In case of dual-SIM phones, please make sure that the mobile number registered with Axis Bank is to be inserted in primary sim slot to be able to use Axis OK
